Children of eight years and over are welcome.
If you would like to make a booking, firstly please telephone to check availability. To confirm,
a deposit equal to the first night of the holiday is payable and must be received within ten days together with a written confirmation, otherwise we may re-let the room.
In the case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded, less £5 per person for administration if accommodation can be re-let.
Guests are reminded that once a deposit is paid, they are liable, in case of cancellation, to pay two thirds of the total cost of their holiday, if we are unable to re-let the room.
We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance. Cheques should be made payable to Rachel Crocker
and please note that we can only accept final payment by cash or cheque made payable to Rachel Crocker. We can take credit cards but please note that there is a 5% charge to cover the costs of this facility.
GUESTS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO SMOKE IN THE HOUSE OR BARN and we regret that we cannot accept any pets.
Please let us know if you intend to arrive before 5 p.m. so that we are ready to welcome you. Once here, the house is always open to our guests.

SELF CATERING BOOKING TERMS
Once you have checked availability a deposit of £100 per week is required to
confirm a reservation and the balance is due three weeks prior to the start of
your holiday. Please make cheques payable to C.W. and R. C. Crocker.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking prior to arrival and we are able to re-let the
vacancy, your deposit will be refunded minus a small administration fee.
If we are unable to re-book the vacancy you will be liable to pay the full cost
of the vacancy. You may wish to cover any possible loss by taking out very
reasonable cancellation insurance. Please ask for details.
